Roygiv I don't disagree at all...hence my current thoughts are not to accept the offer and not sell but hold on tight as tracked this stock from a FA /valuation perspective closely and offers enormous long term potential upside....
If they succeed in acquiring min. levels required for a takeover, then I understand they can compulsorily acquire my shares (pls someone correct me if I am wrong here) so end up with Lion shares at 2 cents per share swap in any case...
These games were played to get a valuable goldie for a steal...it won't work with me...as I am across the value of this stock...
