Downer want to delist Spotless but cant do so for as long as there are 150 shareholders with a value of $500 or more.
In order to do so they would then need the approval of the remaining shareholders at a meeting.
Hold out for a better price as is Coltrane who hold 10.6% of spotless preventing Downer moving to compulsory acquisition.
Dont sell Spotless
