Totally agree!!!
Look at the PE ratio.
By making an offer at 5.5 cents basically caps the price and any sellers below that or equal to they just accumulate until they reach there goal.
I strongly believe that when offers like this are on the table the company should be on a trading halt until the directors (acting in "all" shareholders interests) respond appropriately.
No to the bitter end!!
worst case they have to pay you out at 5.5cents when the company becomes a private entity.
