    I haven't had much time to catch up on Cazaly but it seems that they are also involved with ECH.
    If ESH's price increase over the last two days can be maintained for the long term, then the future distribution of free ECH shares to HRR holders makes HRR a good buy at current price.

    I think you will understand what I am getting at.
