Some investing decisions are difficult, some not so much, and some are made for one.
I had already decided to BUY into the CR, but not which increment on offer. Mr. Market's reaction to this CR as evidenced by the strong sp, is to BUY MORE than I had originally intended. (Again, those that bought yesterday are patting themselves on their backs... well done.)
I had expected an arbitrage to develop in the upper $2.70s. Nope. If there is an arbitrage battle it's at a higher sp, eg. ~$4.00s. The volumes suggest instos or producers want a piece, and to prove it they're putting their money where their mouth is: IN, in now, in at a premium, just get me in!
There are no sure things in life, no free lunch (but there's those who will eat your lunch!). CHN's risk then, is definitely huge, and definitely to the UPside
