the only reason I suggest 40c is because there has been a few valuations of Mei at that range. Naturally as a holder I would not entertain 40 c. However, most of the major shareholders are sitting on a major gain. To be part of a joint entity and getting seats on the board could be enticing to the top holder.
the lower sp joust makes me nervous as Mei has a world class resource.
