Below pretty well sums up what I am looking forward to with my timeline predictions and speculative viewpoint of what could occur.

Scenario 1.
To come...(Known)
* 2009-2010 Regular drilling updates up to and including Jorc
* June 2010 Hydrological data assessment
* Anyones guess - Funding
* June 2011 - Permit
* Dec 2011 - Construction of main process plant and IEU's
* Mid 2012 - Full Production

Scenario 2.
To come...(Potential - speculation IMO only)
* Mid 2010 - Tolling agreement
* Mid 2010 - Funding of IEU for wellfield (USD$8-10M); and
(Subject to the above occurring)
* Late 2010 - Announce early production timing
* Late 2011 - Announce self funding of Lance Capex via toll production cash flow.
* Late 2011 Announce process plant construction
* Mid 2012 Announce first full stand alone production (right on the original schaedule of scenario 1.)

In the meantime I simply have a grin from ear to ear at the moment. I don't really mind what happens, I am just confident PEN will go all the way and at minimum to the company stated timeline.
