re: how much is sushi losing Sushi, if you read the sonris site properly you would know the first well is an old production well. The original reserves and the final stock when the well ceased operation is there to see. SO clearly there is a pipeline already in place.
What Jocam alludes to in his note is not the known information but the unknown. Sonris only reports actual events at the hole.
What we all want to know is what was the result of the reworked 2D and the new 3D seismic. What potential additional reserves have these brought to the radar. This info is not on Sonris and won't be until after production commences. And then it will only be presented well by well in terms of a recoverable reserves figure once independently assessed. This all legally buys time for the JV to sort out the neighbouring properties as needed.
The additional target size is the commercially sensitive information and that is what Petsec are protecting. Work overs of old wells are not unusual at all and would hardly arouse a neighbours interest...unless something leaked that the reserves were expected to be substantially more than the previous operator filed as stock in place.
