Hi Dubyadotcom I think that you may be spot on . This ruling to be used to prevent ANY Person pleading and being able to get away with any form of Abuse may be good . It is a bit like the Howard Governments attempt to stop the Abuse of the Dissability Pension . I personally know of young people who are on this pension simply because that they Drink to much you can see them in the Pub on Pension Day . I have to go to work to afford my drinking . Our system needs Fine Tuning and to be available to the Needy . Maybe it is time for some Doctors to be made responsible for their actions . I think that we have all heard about Doctor How Long where some go to visit . Regards Towie
