there seems to be some of motive to have this thread closed down for whatever reason or reasons.

i say to those parties "put up or shut up".

Royal gave the market a good response to certain unsubstantiated rumours which should have been the end of the story.

but some seem to have an axe to grind.

well i say to them "give us something writing from a solictor stating that legal proceedings will be carried out over the ownership".

if you can't supply evidence then stop blowing smoke from where you know.

for what it's worth "i would say all companies when doing due diligence over an acquisition would have an excellent "Legal Eagle" run their eye's over the paper work to make sure all things are in order. not doing it would be unprofessional.

well Royal did that and everything was in order.
