Our View
Carbine Resources (CRB) is looking to reprocess the historic gold tailings at Mt Morgan’s. A Feasibility study on the project presented as robust with particularly low AISC (after other metals credits). The development has been delayed due to the requirement for some amendments to the EA (discussed below). CRB remains confident this will be resolved before the year end, whereby development can proceed. We rate both the project and the management team, but have placed recommendation and forecasts under review due to an analyst change, and the requirement for full audit of current numbers."
