Morning Guys,
Everything's going well here fella's ... no need to sweat it or get impatient. RVR is doing everything it should be to get into production and incent key people to put in the extra yards and to stick around LT. Shareholders will get their reward in time.
RVR is coming into production just at the right time. Zn is at multi year highs:
Stockpiles are continuing to fall:
And this slide from NSU's most recent Deck shows that the situation is not going to improve any time soon:
And from Mac Bank's recent Commodity Cycle graphic:
After years of a bear market for industrial metals we're now seeing the result ... supply is insufficient to meet even the world's modest demand growth and this cannot be turned back on like a tap. There is a massive hole in the development pipeline that will continue for years despite price increases.
RVR is one of the few VMS mines coming into production in this environment and with very good prospects to add reserves and resources due to the changing price parameters (low grade) and from the multiple greenfield and brownfield exploration that the company is doing and will likely increase once the mine/ mill is producing at steady state.
Patience will be rewarded with RVR:
(Assuming you don't get eaten by a bear in the meantime)
Cheers
John
