Worth noting that Warren B has stated himself its harder to get good returns when you have a larger pot of money (bigger companies, less volatility, slower growth). He averaged >50% in the earliest years and 22% up until 2000. I think NCK is a stock he would have loved, robust organic growth, small cap, good management, growth area in a country needing accommodation and with immigration. Its also a volatile stock and it either gets overvalued when the market is hot or undervalued when there is doom and gloom. I have found it a great stock to cycle in and out of based simply on PE.
