No country is responsible for the first human case... just as no country is held responsible for AIDS, Malaria, Polio, Ebola, regular flu, measles, small pox ect ect ect..

Countries should however be responsible for the controlling measures to limit the spread. China failed here for 2-3 weeks, no doubt about it but they would not have known enough about it to justify shutting down Hubie straight away..
Considering this: USA has not only a population many multitudes smaller then China the population density is also 4 times less, they had knowledge of the danger and Hubi was already in lock-down before they got their first case, despite that they did nothing for 2 months, their leader just saying, it's nothing it will go away, by a miracle USA will be spared with no action.
USA have were to late to put in any effort to control this and the world will be paying for it, Scomo has openly said most Aussie cases are from USA not China.
So judging by the way USA acted compared to china, you must have a hatred/mistrust/angst against China, which is the definition of xenophobia, mose well just admit it..
