You are right, faulty work. and who done this work? - not Rudd. I reckon that a person should not be falsely accused with expressions like - I think or likely. Rudd took the fall and accepted full responsibility for the pink batts roll out, but have you noticed he has not been charged for anything, or that Work Cover has not taken him to task. The problem is that the installers were the problem, it is not that insulation had never been used before and no one had previous experience with installing. The problem was grubs thought they could make a quick buck and they took short cuts.
