Not manipulators - there is very little volume so there is no need for manipulators. I suspect people are seeing the LOI as nothing more than a glorified MOU. In fact, to my way of thinking, it confirms Woojin's interest and if I hadn't spent most of my free cash I would buy more now.
I think we will need another solid announcement to move us upwards. Something positive on PASCO or Tivan would do it, I think.
