I can't understand why AZZ shares are in free fall. It is only 2 weeks ago the company received a written expression of interest in acquiring AZZ land assets. Even if they get $8,000 USD/acre which you think they should get this puts the price per share well above the current share price.
It is only 2 months ago AZZ did a share placement at 60 cents. Has there been much bad news since then?
To give IcedPaladin credit he has been right about AZZ share price to fall and somebody is dumping AZZ shares like crazy. Reason?
With a pending sale in the wings I thoughted the share price would be holding or increasing.
