How then, can it hold a small speculative oil and gas explorer in its portfolio? (KEY Petroleum)
I've read Graham and Buffett's books and I can't reconcile anything they teach with the KEY purchase.
If KEY finds no oil or gas that can be profitably extracted I've estimated its "intrinsic value" in a few years time will be zero. Where's the margin of safety in that?
