    Provided they still have tenants and they are still collecting rent I don't see this falling over. It seems like a panic reaction to the loss of distribution for Dec and I suppose in these times people are expected more bad news to come. Even if they deliver half of their forecast 8cps distribution for YF2009 this is cheap at this price.
