From an investor/trader perspective...
Directors buying on market and/or excercising options in their own company is a good sign the bottom is in.
But...when a director's spouse buys shares and/or excercises options in their husbands Company, this is an even bigger sign the bottom is in!
Whilst directors learn to put up with complaints from disgruntled shareholders, who's stock is under water...they never want to deal with a disgruntled spouse!
