I thought I would start a new thread, which is not named by Ben Jansen, Shane Tanner or their burner accounts.
What BGall (or should I say Ben Jansen or Shane Tanner) forget is that while anyone can sell their shares, Ben Jansen has been spraying shares into the market for months during a time when his brother Matua Jansen sold a block and current Vitura director and executive Guy Headley also sold a block. I am sure Ben Jansen would have been made the same offer or could have sold a block through his broker.
Instead he choose to spray shares into the market at low prices, keeping the SP low, then launches an ill conceived board take over bid and cites the reason as the low share price. He is probably still selling, I am looking forward to seeing the annual report to compare the numbers.
So, no, i'm not voting for Ben Jansen.
It's all about ego, if he is so hard done by, I would trade places with him any day, don't forget he has made about $50 million bucks off the company.
