Don't Vote Too Early

In order to make your vote count it needs to be registered with a proxy before the 17th December 2019 deadline. Otherwise you will need to attend the meeting to vote.

I intend to vote against this opportunistic bid.

I will not be voting early because I do not want the PRT board to use proxy intentions to get the deal through.

I intend to wait as long as possible in the hope to encourage a counter offer from Antony Catalano and Alex Waislitz and their tie up with Australian Community Media (regional newspaper group acquired from Fairfax).

Please don't give the board any ammo to get this deal done. It is a big crock of you know what.
