Spot on PS, Toad cannot vote on this issue and BoD must take such an important issue as contracting out such works to BBIG and if they choose not to then they can look forward to a resort holiday at a similar establishment to son of Curtis!
The fudiciary responsibility of ALL Boards incl FMS is to act in the best interests of ALL Shareholders not just a major holder who also happens to be a major shareholder in the company they may have given such works to.
It would be my best guess that they would have a considerably longer holiday than our mates 12 months!
To say they are tippy toeing on very thin ice would be a monumental understatement, no doubt we FMSU shareholders will keep the B*****ds as honest as possible given the massive reach from all corners of the world our holders have.
Very little gets through to the keeper without one of our members picking up on it.
Stay alert all and remain strong in FMSU, remember one of our BoD mentioned on the sly at the recent AGM to NOT sell your shares.
