Another interesting read for FMS shareholders is this JORC 2012 announcement from BCK. Take particular note of the attached report from Golding. See the mine plan and cash flows etc. BCK resource size is very similar to PIOP of around ~1.4 billion tons although grades and impurities slightly differ.
