Good post nicky. We were hearing the same sort of bubble talk 10 years ago and alot of people waited for the 'supposed crash' and missed the boat.
10 years down the track, prices have made their way up and demand is only getting stronger.
Ask yourself this simple question, how long do you plan to wait for this 'supposed crash' and will it ever come?
