ajay, over the past 20 years, which included the asian crisis, gas, oil other crisis....housing has been rising on average at 10% each and every year........
people have adapted to the rises....its part of the parcel, just like inflation in every other living cost has risen, it becomes the norm
why should today be any different.....
when the median home is worth a million dollars, will that really be any different
just think about it from a different angle....it really is just that your cash devalues.....buys less than it did yesterday
in the past 100 years the dollar devalued by 95%...now worth only 5 cents for every dollar....
