Agree fully Red. 3.1 cents with all of that news "pending" seems too good to be true. Lack of news is the major factor that has seen the SP more than halve and that's what you get from a tightly held stock. Reverse the news factor and there will be a corresponding opposite reversal in the SP.
Imagine if the workover is successful, with that huge increase in recoverable gas and production, and then if (when) they get the 20 year lease!!!
