Depends a lot on what JP Morgan have in their base case for 2017, they may have for example very few Japanese reactors online, while others might have the bulk of the fleet on by then. I think it's a reasonably safe bet that most of the reactors will return the bigger question is how quickly.
I've always felt that once the first couple are on the process will speed up somewhat.
Current price is US$39.45 FWIW
