Phase IIb will tell us plenty about efficacy, it just isn't 'statistically powered' to 'definitively assess CVac's efficacy'
If phase IIb was 'definitive' concerning efficacy, then we could cancel phase III recruitment and start selling CVAC.
A technically accurate description by Mr. Lehman, but more care could have been taken in how it was expressed.
He follows by saying it should determine 'if our program is going in the right direction'. Sure will.
