Oh please, there is too much sensationalism going on here now. It's one thing to have a go at the early call Alan made that whipped the market into a frenzy, but to start making comments about Enron (someone did this the other day) and other companies that have gone to the wall is somewhat a joke imo.
We know Sanofi have invested both time and money into making this company and the concept work, if Alan is speaking out of turn and misleading everyone he will be locked up for sure and his fortune lost with it. On top of that the Insto's will make sure his life is hell and so will the Governor of Pennsylvania.
There has been a line drawn here and I would have to think that if it was all smoke and mirrors the company couldn't/wouldn't be able to even tap the ATM, we would also see a mass exit of major holders, at least a slow and steady decline in holdings as the company isn't their only source of information.
So please, let's not feed our own BS into what's going on here and sensationalise the end of days when it's simply, at this point, a missed timeframe by a CEO, how many times and how shocked are we really to see this from any start up?
