well if it is investor driven the government gets slapped with a big negative gearing bill does it not?
going to be an interesting next 3 years. Perfect storm brewing, all we need is a Labor government for another term , lots of new welfare programs, a well paid front line public service we cant afford, not to mention a billowing pension bill and group of voters (65+) that can demand anything from the government
