I'd remind you all that this is Doc Wilson's APM doing the reporting here (RP Data reported a basically flat 0.2% increase for the same period) and that they're just talking median increases.
And given how wrong APM were in the March quarter (check the downward revisions) I'd avoid getting over excited too early....
