You can"t guarantee that.I have noticed s/p usually goes down after share offers.That is what I expect will happen.Murdoch has the advantage of inside info and you would think that if he was confident of s/p going up you would find funds elsewhere to finance share offer and not sell down any existing holding.Just curious that he encouraged holders to hold to keep s/p stable and he subsequently sold down.I do not apologise for being a realist and hence I don't get disappointed.No matter what the s/p the amount of resource stays the same.
