A grade of 1% Ni (you don't get paid for Co if you are direct shipping ore)is not comparable to many deposits in Indonesia and particularly New Caledonia. I think Xstrata's deposit in NC is more like 1.8% and there are many deposits in Indonesia grading say 1.3% up to high 1's, or even low 2's.
As I said before, from my sketchy knowledge of Isabel, you most likely can get a higher grade but of course the tonnage will fall sharply as a result.
My real point is the temper the wilder stuff being posted on here by people with little mining knowledge and let the company get on with the job of demonstrating with the drill bit what is really there.
