Taggart is a well respected and well run company - their bid was in prior to forges influence which means the contract price to deliver the project would have been sensible...

IMO with so many majors chasing work- this is a chance for cpl to lock in a better price if - and only if required... The owners who sold taggart may buy it back, but more than likely itaggart will be sold off. As it has good pipeline of contracts in hand..

The only saving grace is that taggart hasn't actually started and with the delays in approval plenty of time to go out to bid again...

IMO cpl should employ a team to run the E and the P - they will save at least 10pc of the contract value - after all it's a relatively simple plant.. (Also most of the E has been done ..
