Thank's for that hannahgrace, it's good advice and I'm aware that I tend to see a glass half full . In a full on conversation with myself today, I decided that it was fortunate that I was skint or else I would have been in there buying when it was probably prudent to wait a bit longer wait for developments.
I still see a long term future though
