the directors deserve some credit, as they have in these last two ann's, been blatantly clear and transparent to the market, stating there will be value dilution as a result of this deal?

They could do what many do and just keep it all upbeat until the news comes out, then smack everyone as people run shocked for the hills

Imho I think they deserve a bit of respect from this.
Whilst the drop to this point doesn't, this is a new management team and direction, trying to salvage the company from administration.

I am pleased with how they have laid things out so far in these two announcements.

Now we get to see what the rest of the market thinks in the coming week.
