Whilst some of us impatiently for the complete suite of assay results for these 17 holes to be released (not piecemeal it seems), it must not be forgotten that DDH1-9 was going to be deepened this current quarter. This was stated on p5 of the June QAR.
DDH1-9 was completed to 301m on 10/3. It ended in mineralisation. It was subjected to down hole EM, which was not mute. My guess is that it would have already been deepened, such is its apparent importance. I also reckon that there would have been more DHEM.
It's also possible that more drilling within the 17-hole zone could have occurred, and probably at greater depth.
Samples from such drilling would have been sent for assaying too. This would add to the delay.
I'm expecting a big picture announcement, and I hope it's a bloody good one, and soon.
