its way too soon to say there is a floor under house prices. there is still another 6 months before house prices start to plumet with the way the indicators are looking..
and how is house prices "doom and gloom" it is fantastic and brilliant if they fall.. houses are not bars of gold where everyone profits if they go up.. a house is where people live, and grow a family.. house prices falling by 50% if it were to happen would be awsome.. unfortunatly i dont think it will fall that far and about a 30% will be it..
