Wrong. Anyone who bought all the way up to $2.95 could be profiteers. If you buy at $1.50 for example, sell half at $2.50, you are more or less even on your investment right now.

And no it hasn't been in a steady decline for two years. For the last year it has been stagnant and in fact is the same price it was just about 1 year ago.

Sat at low 30s for a few months. Anyone who bought since mid September onwards is in profit right now.
