In the end, it's all about the banks. As Spec has said, and probably many are in his situation, the wait is on for the big exit. The banks have the monopoly on how all finance will play out, including the precious metals market. How we position ourselves will be a matter of "planning met with opportunity". But, if the banks don't offer an opportunity, there is no success or a market in anything.
