The client always has questions about the building/architects...

The client always has questions about the building/architects and specifications etc. It takes time to find the answers, especially if i personally don't know the answer and have to reply on other to provide this. Also some may not have the authority to answer some questions and they are not in charge or qualified to answer. Imagine if you had a question that their lawyer had to answer, he would have to respond in correct manner and also get paid for that answer, lawyers are not cheap. That why they probably wait for people to ask many question and then release a statement with all the answers.
