Whether or not Ziggy obtained his full allocation of shares deservedly, isn't there enough incentive for him here to try and drive the shareprice up and increase his own fortunes, rather than just be content with his salary (albeit a decent one)?
With the amount he owns every pip traded has a very large affect on his holdings.
