The other side of that 'disclosure' (we've planned a meeting, we're now under control by a predatory investment fund and long overdue test results) is the long list of non-disclosure announcements. Announcements that were criticised and deserved justification.

If my memory serves me correct they spent $900k to build the pilot plant - this being a tangible, useful, proven asset. They then went and lost $2M+ on loans and 'investments' to unrelated companies (Omnet, VVV).

These guys deserve to be lambasted and painted as Peanut Gallery Executives.
