where are the financial advisors that pushed 50% unsercue trust holdings? Already then it was not bricks & motars!
centro has
1. over paid for over valued assets
2.taken out short term debt to finance long term debt
3. mismanaged the protential of the market
4. created complicated structured to protect themselves from a hostile takeover
5. unable to single out specific "clean" assets to reduce debt burden
6. leverage at high levels
7. numberous etc, etc, etc,
8. nervous bankers, who are willing to accept 50% of debt.
who would want to bail them out, where's the reward
the risk is everywhere..
there is 60/40 they will go under.
