They have put the notices out previously, but its usually along the lines of that they have $250 million worth of cover. They have never said that this only applies for up to only $300 million worth of claims.
I think I must be missing something but with their recent performance I'm starting to wonder.

This is what the announcement says
"any additional claims events throughout the remainder of the financial year would cost the group a maximum of $10 million per event, with a limit of $300 million on recoveries under the aggregate cover program"

Does this mean they can not recover more than $300 million from their reinsurers? If not, this is concerning.
