Don't be fooled by this temporary spike in the SP or the fact that one of the directors has increased his interest.
Decmil were hoping to be awarded the contract to run the detentions centres on Manus/Naura but I note that Transfield have been
notified by the department that it was the preferred tenderer to provide welfare and security services on the islands after its existing contract expires on October 31. (Should have bought Transfield last week)
With limited construction work and a empty village in Gladstone for 2015/16 things are not looking good for DCG
