What you say ZWU makes sense. But where does that leave FEA? Can or should it sell and lease back Tasmanian properties at the sort of prices which GTP are setting in the market. Maybe they will have to rely on sales of their NSW planations. Another problem might be that any potential buyer of "lease back" land could have serious concerns about the future regularity of their lease payments given the cash position FEA now has. My guess is GNS are just sitting and waiting, not necessarily to take over but to get first shot at what they wan't - Tasmanian plantations and land at the best prices. Can't imagine them wanting half share of another Bell Bay woodchip mill or a nearby white elephant timber mill or NSW and Queensland plantations.
