I think that the reason it is not on AVQ announcements is because it is BS.
You may be referring to the Axiom announcement of 27 October 2014 where it was referring to a hearing date for the Appeal being lodged within 4 to 8 weeks.

This was where the company thought that the trial (High Court case) was only to take 8 weeks from 14 October 2013.

Nothing to do with the appeal decision. Some are getting confused here.
