Just a quick thought : I was watching a Papaji clip on utube weeks ago where the conversation culminated in the statement that God is inside and outside of the mind/body consciousness. That is, while we focus on the " I '' we perceive the world outside of ourselves. But Papaji says that there is no separate. What we perceive to be outside of ourselves is, the table, the sky etc. are simply all part of God.
As an experiment perceive the air inhaled into your nostrils, the world around that you see, as Wholeness ... no separate. You may feel your energy field tingling around (outside) your body as you try this experiment.
